Given:

The area of a square field is 34.225 km²

To be found:

The distance covered by a man when he runs three rounds around the square field.

So,

Area of the square field if given.

We should find-

  1. Side of the square.
  2. Find the perimeter of the square
  3. And multiply how many times did the man run around the perimeter of the field.

Now,

Area of the square field = 34.225 km²

\bf \implies (side)^2 = 34.225km^2\\ \\ \bf \implies (side) = \sqrt{34.225} \\ \\ \bf \implies side = 5.850\ km

So,

\pink{\rm{Perimeter\ of\ square = 4 \times side}}

                               = 4 × 5.850

                               = 23.4 km

Now,

The man runs three times around the square field

So, he covers the perimeter three times

Distance covered by him = 3 × 23.4 = \boxed{\bf{70.2km}}

Hence

The total distance covered by the man is 70.2 km.

Given : -

  • Area of Square Field = 34.225 km²

To Find : -

  • Total Distance Covered by Man = ?

Formula Used : -

\leadsto\sf{{ \small{ \bold{ \bold{ \bold{ \green{Area\:of\:Square={(Side)}^{2}}}}}}}}

As we know : -

  • Area of Square field = 34.225 km² ..

On Substituting Values : -

→(Side)² = 34.225 km²

→ Side = √34.225

→ Side = 5.85 km

Now ,

Formula Used : -

\leadsto\sf{{ \small{ \bold{ \bold{ \bold{ \red{Perimeter\:of\:Square=3\times{Side}}}}}}}}

So ,

→ Distance travelled by him = 3 × 23.4

→ 70.2 km

✒Therefore , the total Distance Covered by the Man is 70.2 km ..
