Correct Question:-

The area of square field is 60025 m². A man cycle along it's boundary at 180 m/hr . In how much time will he return to the starting points?

Given data:-

—› Area of Square = 60025 m²

—› Speed = 180 m/hr

Solution:-

We need to find perimeter of square

Hence, now we use formula for :-

—› Area of square field = [side]²

—› 60025 = [side]² i.e.

—› [side]² = 60025

—› side = √60025

—› side = 245 m

Now,

—› Perimeter of square field = 4 × side

—› Perimeter of square field = 4 × 245

—› Perimeter of square field = 980 m

Now, we know distance cover by cyclist is 980 m

We use formula of :-

—› Speed = {Distance}/{Time}

—› 180 = {980}/{Time} i.e.

—› Time = 980/180

—› Time = 5.44 hr (approx)

Hence, in 5.44 hr time will cyclist return to the starting points.
