area \: of \: square \: field \: = 60025 \: sq.m \\ then \: side \: of \: field \: = \sqrt{60025} \: m = 245 \: m \\ perimeter \: of \: field \: = 4 \times 245 = 980 \: m \\ man \: speed \: = 118 \: km \: per \: hr \: = (118 \times 1000) \div (60 \times 60) = 32.8 \: m \: per \: second \\ time \: taken \: in \: complete \: round = 980 \div 32.8 = 29.87 \: second
