perimeter of  the rectangle = 2(l+b)= 8184

          equation: =  2(2b+b) =  8184  

                           =  6b  = 8184

                           =  b  = 8184/6

                           =  breadth = 1364

                           = length = 2b = 1364×2 = 2728
