ANSWER

\large\underline\bold{GIVEN,}

\dashrightarrow Area \:of\:square= 50 cm^2

\large\underline\bold{TO\:FIND,}

\dashrightarrow Diagonal\:of\:square.

. FORMULA IN USE,

\large{\boxed{\bf{ \star\:\: Diagonal\:of\:square:- \sqrt{2}a\:\: \star}}}

\large\underline\bold{SOLUTION,}

\therefore finding\: Side\: of \:square,

\dashrightarrow area\:of\: square= 50cm^2

\implies (s)^2= 50

\implies  s= \sqrt{50}

\implies s=\sqrt{50}cm

\large{\boxed{\bf{ \star\:\: sude\:of\:square= \sqrt{50} cm\:\: \star}}}

NOW, FINDING , LENGTH OF IT'S DIAGONAL,

\sf\therefore length\:of\:the\:diagonal= \sqrt{ 2}a

\implies \sqrt{2} \times (\sqrt{50})

\implies \sqrt{2 \times 50}

\implies \sqrt{100}

\implies 10cm

\large{\boxed{\bf{ \star\:\: diagonal\: length= 10cm\:\: \star}}}

\large\underline\bold{DIAGONAL\:OF\:SQUARE= 10cm}
