Area = 2400 sq.m
Sides = 3:2

Let the ratio of the sides be 3x and 2x

So Area = Length × Breadth
So, 3x × 2x = 2400
Therefore, 6x² = 2400
     x² = 2400 ÷ 6
     x² = 400
     x = 20
  So, Length and Breadth
                     = 3x = 3 × 20
                     = 60

                     = 2x = 2 × 20
                     = 40

        Planting Flowers around the tank
           = Perimeter × Cost of planting
      Perimeter = ( L + B ) × 2
                       = ( 60 + 40 ) × 2
                       = 100 × 2
                       = 200

        To find the Cost,
          = Perimeter × Cost
          = 200 × 1.2
          = 240

    Answer: The cost of planting flowers around the rectangular tank is 240                        (rupees or dollars).
