Answer:

volume of cylinder = pie x r square x h

92400 = 15400 x h

h = 6

volume of cylinder = pie x r square x h

92400 = 22/7 x r square x 6

92400 x 7 / 22 x 6 = r square

r square = 4900

r = 70

curved surface area = 2 x pie r x h

= 2 x 22/7 x 70 x 6

= 2 x 22 x 10 x 6

=2640 sq.cm.

 \bf \red{ \underline{ \underline{given}}}

  • Area of base=15400cm²
  • Volume of cylinder =92400cm

The area of Curved surface =?

 \bf \red{ \underline{ \underline{solution}}}

volume \: of \: cylinder = \pi \: r {}^{2} h

volume \: of \: cylinder = (area \: of \: base) \times h

 \purple{putting \: the \: value}

92400 = 15400 \times h

h =  \frac{92400}{15400}

h = 6 \: cm

Now, Area of base =15400 cm²

\pi \: r {}^{2}  = 15400

 \frac{22}{7}  \times r {}^{2}  = 15400

r {}^{2}  =  \frac{7 \times 15400}{22}

r =  \sqrt{4900}

 \blue{r = 70 \: cm}

Therefore,

Area of the Curved surface area =

2\pi \: r \: h

 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 70 \times 6 \: cm {}^{2}

  \orange{= 2640}
