Area of base of the right circular cylinder = πr²
15400 = 22/7×r²
r² = 15400×7/22 = 4900
r² = 4900
r = ✓4900 = 70 cm.
VOLUME OF CYLINDER = πr²h
92400 = 22/7×70×70×h
h = 92400/ 220 × 70
h = 6
Therefore,
CSA of cylinder = 2πrh
= 2×22/7×70×6
= 44×10×6 = 440 × 6 = 2640 cm²
Hence,
CSA of cylinder = 2640 cm²
