area = l×b
l=4b=120
ans is 120×4 =480

I think your question is something wrong ..
120 is perimeter of the floor if yes then ans is
we know that the floor is rectengle and rectanglar perimeter is 2×(l+b)
so,
acc. to qsn
2(l+b)=120
=>l+b=60
=> l=60-4 ( since b=4 cm given us )
=> l=56 cm
so now area of the floor is 56×4=224cm2
