Find Perimeter:

4 walls = 200 m²

Perimeter = Area of the 4 walls ÷ height

Perimeter = 200 ÷ 4 = 50 m

.

Define Length and Breadth:

Given that length is twice the breadth

Let breadth = x

Length = 2x

.

Find x:

x + x + 2x + 2x = 50

6x = 50

x = 50/6 = 8 1/3

.

Find Length and Breadth:

Length = 2x = 2(8 1/3) = 16 2/3 m

Breadth = x = 8 1/3 m

.

Find Area of the floor:

Area = Length x Breadth

Area = 16 2/3 x 8 1/3 = 138 8/9 m²

.

Answer: 138 8/9 m²
