Let the parallelogram be ABCD and its height be AE=20cm

area of parallelogram =area of square

let the side of square be 'a'

perimeter of square =120cm

it implies that, 4a=120

a=30cm

area of square =a^2=30*30=900cm^2

area of (abcd)=900

Base*Height=900

20*base=900

base=45cm
