Solution:

lines x = 3; y = 4 , x = 0 and  y = 0

Intersection points

(0 , 0) , ( 0 , 4)

(3 , 0) and ( 3, 4)

Quadrilateral formed is rectangle with side length

3 and 4 units

Area = 3 * 4  = 12 sq units

Correct option is b) 12 sq units.
