let the breadth of rectangular field = x.
then , the length of rectangular field = 2x
we know that:
area of rectangular field= length × breadth
here area is given i.e., area = 684.5
684.5= (2x)×(x)
2x²=684.5
x²=342.25
x=18.5 m
length= 2×18.5= 37m
breadth= 18.5 m
perimeter of rectangular field= 2(37+18.5)
=2×55.5
=111 m
