Area 'A' = 5184 sq.m
Therefore, Side 'a' = √(5184 sq.m)
a = 72 m.
Perimeter 'P' = 4(a)
P = 4(72 m)
P = 288 m
P of Square = P of Rectangle
l = 2b
288 m = 2(l + b)
(l + b) = 144 m
2b + b = 144 m
3b = 144 m
b = 48 m
l = 2b
l = 2(48 m)
l = 96 m
Therefore, Area of Rectangle is 'Ar',
Ar = l × b
Ar = 96 m × 48 m
Ar = 4608 sq.m.
Thank You.
