Area of square = 5184 m² = s × s = s²
∴ s = 72 m
Perimeter of square = 4×s = 4 × 72 = 288 = Perimeter of Rectangle
⇒ 2( l + b ) = 288
⇒ l + b = 144
⇒ 2b + b = 144
⇒ b = 48
∴ l = 2b = 96
Area of rectangle = l×b = 96×48 = 4608 m²

area of square field =5184sq metre.
now side of square =root under 5184.
so side of square=72metre.
Now,
Let breadth of rectangular field be x.
so length be 2x.
perimeter of field =2 (l+b).
=2 (2x+x).
=2 (3x).
=6x.

ATQ
perimeter of rectangular field =perimeter of square field.
6x=4×72.
6x=288.
x=288/6
=48.

therefore breadth of rectangular field =48m.
and length of rectangular field =48x2=96m.

and area of rectangle =lb.
=48×96=4608sq metre
