so
area=side×side (i)

area=πr^2

since both are equal so equation would be

side^2= \frac{22}{7} × r^2

\frac{side^2}{r^2} = \frac{22}{7}

square root both side

 \frac{\sqrt{side^2}}{\sqrt{r^2}} = \frac{\sqrt{22}}{ \sqrt{7}}

so the ratio would be

\frac{side}{radius} = \frac{\sqrt{22}}{ \sqrt{7}}

or

side:radius:: \sqrt{22} : \sqrt{7}
