Step-by-step explanation:

Let the parallel sides be x and x + 4

area =  \frac{1}{2} (x + x + 4) \times 11 \\  \frac{1}{2} (2x + 4) \times 11 \\ (x + 2) \times 11 \\ 11x + 22

so , 11x + 22= 143

11x = 143-22

11x= 121

x= 11 cm

so , x+ 4= 11+ 4= 15cm

first parallel side = 11cm

second parallel side= 15cm

hope it helps

Let one Parallel side = x

Second parallel side = 4+x

Height = 11 cm

Area of trapezium = 143 c

½×(Sum of parallel sides)×height = 143

½(x+x+4)×11 = 143

½(2x+4) = 143/11

x+2 = 13

x = 11 cm

Parallel sides = 11 cm, 15 cm
