Answer:

Given Area of trapezium = 300m^2.

Let one of the parallel sides be 'x' cm.

Then the measure of other parallel side be x + 16.

Given Height (or) Distance between two parallel sides is 15.

We know that Area of trapezium = (1/2) * (Sum of parallel sides) * height

= > (1/2) * (x + x + 16) * 15 = 300

= > (1/2) * (2x + 16) * 15 = 300

= > (x + 8) * 15 = 300

= > 15x + 120 = 300

= > 15x = 180

= > x = 12.

So,

Length of one parallel side = 12m.

Length of another parallel side = 12 + 16 = 28m.

Hope this helps!
