the area of trapezium is 210cm^2 the ratio between the length of its parallel side is 3:4 if the height is 6cm find the length of the both the parallel side​

A=(1/2)(h)(B+b) is the formula for the area of a trapezoid

210=(1/2)(6)(3x+4x) (3 and 4 must be multiplied by some number, the same number, to get the lengths of the bases)

210=(3)(7x)

210=21x

x=210/21

x=10

the bases are 3*10=30 cm and 4*10=40 cm (the parallel sides are the bases)
