area of the trapezium =216 m²
(a+b)h/2 = 216m²
[x+x-14]*12/2 =216
(2x-14)6=216
2x-14 = 216/6
2x-14 = 36
2x =36 +14
2x= 50
x=50/2
x=25m
one side = x = 25m
second side = x-14 =25-14 =11m
