$\frac{1}{2} \times (38 + 12) \times h \\ \\ = 235 = \frac{1}{ \cancel2} \times \cancel{50} \: \: ^{25} \\ \\ 235 = 50 \times h \\ \\ \therefore \: h = \frac{235}{50} \\ \\ = 9.4m$
