area of trapazium=2500m²

one of parallel side=75 m

height=40 m

1/2*(75+x)*40= 2500m²

so,by calculation

20x=(2500-1500) m²

and x=1000/20=50m

hence,other parallel side is 50m

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

2500m=1/2(75+x)40

2500m=20(75+x)

2500m=1500+20x

2500-1500=20x

1500=20x

X=1500/20

X=75
