the area of trapezium is 252 sqcm and the distance between it's parellel sides is 24cm. if one of the parellel sides is 7cm of length, find the other length.​

Length of one side      = 7 cm

Let the length  be 'x'

area of a trapezium =1/2×h×(a+b)

1/2×4×(7+x) = 24

2×(7+x)    = 24

7+x           = 24/2

x = 12-7

x = 5 cm.
