Area of trapezium is given 60 cm.

• we know that the area of trapezium formula is ;
• 1/2 × sum of it's parallel side × Altitude

Let the altitude be x .

60 = 1/2 × ( 25+35 ) × x

60 = 1/2 ×60×x

60 = 30x

30x = 60

x = 60/30

x = 2

hence, the Altitude is 2cm.
