let the other parallel side be x

we know that,

area of trapezium=1/2*(sum of parallel sides)*h

84.5=1/2*(15.2+x)*6.5

(84.5*2)/6.5=15.2+x

13=15.2+x

x=13-15.2

x=-2.2cm
