Let xcm and x+5cm be the two parallel sides

altitude= 26cm

by question

area of trapezium=½× altitude ( a+b)

845cm²= ½× 26(x + x+5)cm²

845cm²=13(x + x+5)cm²

845cm²=13xcm + 13x +65 cm

845cm²- 65cm =13x + 13x

780cm² = 26xcm

780cm²÷26cm = x

30cm = x

therefore, the other side = x+5=30cm +5 =35cm
