Area of a trapezium : (sum of parallel sides/2)*height

let other parallel sides be x

so we get,

480 = ({20+x}/2)*15

480/15 ={20+x}/2

(480*2) / 15=20+x

(960/15)-20=x

64-20=x

44=x

other parallel sides =44m
