The area of triangle is equal to the area of a rectangle whose length and breadth are 20 cm and 15 CM respectively calculate the height of the triangle if its base measure 30 cm

1/2*base*height=length*breath
1 \div 2 \times 30 \times x = 20 \times 15 \\ x = 20
so the base of the triangle is of 20cm.

area of triangle = area of rectangle
1/2×base×height= length ×breadth
1/2×30cm×height =20cm×15cm
15cm×height = 20cm×15cm
height = 20cm×15cm/15cm
height = 20cm
