that is

we know

Area of Square= S²(side×side)

that is

Square 1

S²=256

S=√256

S=16

therefore side of the first square is 16m

Square 2

S²=625

S=√625

S=25

there side of the second square is 25m

now given both are joined

that is

16+25

=41

therefore Side of the new square is 41

now we've to find the area

by using the formula of S²

S²=Area

Area=41²

Area=1681

therefore Area of the new square is 1681m²
