Area of trapezium= 200sq.cm

Height = 8cm

One of the parallel side = 6cm

Let the other parallel side be x

Now by using the formula

\bigstar\sf\ Area\ of\ trapezium= \dfrac{1}{2}\times height \times (sum\ of\ parallel\ sides)\\ \\ \\ \implies\sf\ 200= \dfrac{1}{\cancel{2}}\times \cancel{8}\times (6+x)\\ \\ \\ \implies\sf\ 200=4(6+x)\\ \\ \\ \implies\sf\ \cancel{\dfrac{200}{4}}= 6+x\\ \\ \\ \implies\sf\ 50=6+x\\ \\ \\ \implies\sf\ 50-6=x\\ \\ \\ \implies\sf\ \boxed{\sf\ 44=x}

 \boxed{ \huge{ \bold{ Given}}}

  • Area = 200 cm²

  • Height = 8 cm

  • One Parallel side = 6 cm

  • Another parallel Side

 {\implies{ \bold{200 =  \frac{1} {\cancel 2}  \times { \cancel{8}{ \times (6 +Another \: parallel \: side)}}}}}

{ \implies{ \bold{200 = 4 \times (6 + Another \: parallel \: side)}}}

 {\implies{ \bold{ {\frac{ 200}{4}  = 6 + Another \: parallel \: side}}}}

 {\implies{ \bold {\cancel{ \frac{200}{4}} = 6 + Another \: parallel \: side }}}

 {\implies{ \bold{50 - 6 = Another \: parallel \: side}}}

 \implies{ \bold{44 = Another \: parallel \: side}}

 \boxed{ \bold{ \mathfrak{ \red{ \therefore{Another \: parallel \: side = 44cm}}}}}
