$28= \frac{1}{2} × (sum \:of \:parallel \:sides)×h$

$28= \frac{1}{2} × 4 × (6+x)$

$56 =24+4x$

$56-24=4x$

$32=4x$

$\frac{32}{4} = x$

$8=x$

so other side is 8 cm
