The ratio of sides =7:10:14.
Let sides be = 7x, 10x, 14x.
Given Volume of the cuboid =350cm3.
Therefore, 7x×10x×14x=350cm3
980x^3=350cm3
x^3=0.35714cm3
x=0.71cm(approx.)
Clearly, 14x has the longest length.
The length of longest side=14×0.71=9.94cm...

Answer:

10 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

area of three adjacent faces of cuboid is in ratio

now

area of 6 faces 2(l×b+b×h+h×l)

lb:lh:bh=7:10:14

Volume =l×b×h=350cm³ (given) equation 1

l/b=7/10

b/h=10/14=5/7

put these values in eq 1

(5b/7×b×10b/7)=350

on solving

b³=7³

b=7

putting value of b in above we get h=10 and l=5

so longest side will be 10cm
