Let r and R are radii of two circles ,
Ratio of their areas = 16 : 25
πr² : πR² = 16 : 25
r² / R² = ( 4/5 )²
r / R = 4/5-----( 1 )
Ratio of circumferences = 2πr / 2πR
= r / R
= 4/5
[ From equation ( 1 ) ]
= 4 : 5
