The ratio of areas of similar triangles = (corresponding medians )²

25/16 = (5/4)²


So the required ratio is 5:4

THE ANSWER IS HERE,

Ratio of Area of similar triangle = (Ratio of the corresponding median)^2.

Ratio of Corresponding median is

 =  >  \:  \sqrt{ \frac{25}{16} }

 =  >  \:  \frac{5}{4}

Do, The ratio of the corresponding median is 5:4
