Given - Area of two similar truangles are 16 sq.cm and 25 sq.cm

Let the corresponding sides be x and y

As we know , when 2 triangles are similar then the ratio of the areas of the triangles is equal to the square if the ratio of the corresponding sides of the triangle.

So ,

16 : 25 = x^2 : y^2

So , x^2 = 16

 -  > x =  \sqrt{16}

 -  > x = 4 \: cm

And , y^2 = 25

 -  > y =  \sqrt{25}

 -  > y = 5 \: cm

So , the ratio of their corresponding sides is 4 : 5

I hope it helps u dear friend ☺
