The aristocrat Muqarrab Khan was a great favourite of Aurangzeb Alamgir.

Aurangzeb Alamgir was the 6th  Mughal Emperor

Muqarrab Khan was a commander in Golconda. Gondacol is a citdel and fort. It is in the Southern India.  It was the capital city during the Qutb Shahi Dynasty.

Muqarrab was one of the most experienced commanders. He served Abul Hasan Shah as the commander of his forces.

After Abul Hasan Shah, he defected to the Mughal Sultanate.

Muqarrab Khan proved himself. He and his forces showed their fighting experience against the Maratha.
