The arrival of rain gives joy to everyone.Do you agree?why?

No everyone has a different opinion about rain few enjoy it while others hate it, the reasons for people to hate it as given by some of them are: It can led to floods.
The spell produced during and after raining annoys few people.
The colour of the sky.
Water ruins some valuables such as important files etc.
Rainwater can led to diseases etc...
But few enjoy rain especially I do as I love the cool breeze there, the water droplets falling all around, the relaxing and chilled environment etc...
Everyone have their own views about rain...
