The atmospheric pressure on the earth surface is very high .If such an

enormous amount of pressure is acting on us why we do not feel it?​

yes the atmospheric pressure on earth is about 1kg per cm square.... but we don't feel it because of our blood pressure which makes equal with atmospheric pressure. due to the same reason we bleed from nose and ear at high altitudes as blood pressure becomes greater than atmospheric pressure and blood flows out.

You might have experienced bleeding and vomiting on higher altitudes. This is because the pressure of the atmosphere is less in those places that's why our pressure becomes too high in comparison to the atmosphereic pressure so our blood vessels may burst
