the atom of copper contains electron and the atom of rubber also contain electrons then why does copper conduct electricity but rubber does not conduct electricity ​

Hey brother answer is toooooooooo easy for me but its like not for you ....its ok everyone has his own beginning... so listen the thing is for electricity you need free electrons not electrons... they has to be free so that they can move freely. so the copper is good conductor than rubber but dont jump to conclusion that rubber dont conductor every insulator conduct electricity ....but they just have very very less amount of almost negligible free electrons.... in science nothing is absolutely....
