The atom of copper contains electrons and the atom of rubber also contains electrons then why does the copper conduct electricity but rubber does not conduct electricity

Copper is a metal it contains ions which
conducts electricity they have low resistance In copper contains moving particles where as rubber doesn't contain. Rubber is an insulater.

Because there is charged electron in copper but there is no charges electrons in rubber
