The atomic mass of carbon is 12.01, hydrogen is 1.01, and oxygen is 16.00. What is the molar mass of glucose C6H12O6?

6C = 12.01 × 6

= 72.06g

12H = 1.01 × 12

= 12.12g

6O = 16×6

= 96g

Molar mass of glucose is = 72.06+12.12+96

=180.18g
