The atomic no. of three elements X,Y,Z are (a-2), a and (a+1) respectively. Among them, Y is an inert element. Which of them has the highest electronegativity ? Ionisation potential of which is the highest ? Write the formula and nature of bond of the compound formed by X and Z.​
