Actually Welcome to the Concept of the Radioactive Decay.

In any Atom, the Atomic Number is not changed by the Radioactive decay of the GAMMA rays.

Because, the Emission of gamma rays, do not alter the number of electrons or protons in an atom, they just are responsible for the effect of stability of any radioactive atom.
