Answer:

Al3+ has donated 3 electrons so now it has 10 electrons, 13 protons, 14 neutrons

Cl - has 18 eletrons as it becamw negative by taking 1 electron from others, 17 protons & 18.5 neutrons

For AL+3 ions - electrons are 10 , protons are 13 and nuetrons are 10

For CL - ions - electrons are 18, protons are 17 and nuetrons are 17

Solution :

AL + 3 is a cation so it will lesser electrons than original atom and a charge of +3 indicates the absense of 3 electrons

The number of protons and nuetrons will remain same.

As for CL - anion the charge is -1 so 1 electron will be extra, protons and nuetrons will remain same.
