No of protons = atomic number.

So, no of proton = 11

Now, no of electrons = no of protons

So we get no. of electrons to be 11.

Also, no of neutron = Atomic mass - atomic number

==> 23 - 11

==> 12

So sodium have 12 neutron, 11 electron and protons.
