The atomic structure of an element is deduced from its atomic number and mass number. Give Reason.

because it gives the number of electrons in it
so we can find its number of orbits and how many electrons to be filled in each orbit.

atomic number (Z) and mass number (A) are used but i don't know the exact reason for the usage of mass number in the deduction of the structure

Atom is electrically neutral because in an atom electrons and protons carry charges and each atom has equal numbers of protons (positively charged) and electrons (negatively charged). c. Atomic mass number is a whole number because it is the sum of numbers of protons and numbers of neutrons present in an atom.
