The atoms of copper contain electrons and the atoms of rubber also contain electrons.them why does copper conduct electricity but rubber does not condu ct electricity

because copper is a metal .
we know that metals are great conductor of electricity
Rubber is not a metal
there Fire it doesn't conduct electricity
