The authors of tawarikh advised rulers on the need to preserve an “Ideal” social order based on birthright and gender distinctions. What Values do you find MISSING in them?

In my angle of vision I think they don't know to see all the human beings as equal and they don't want to give equal rights to all. This attitude seems to be really bad. All are equal and there must be no discrimination on the basis of caste, gender, colour, etc.  So the rulers must see all the citizens in their country without any discrimination and must enable social rights to all of them. The lack of these mind are the real problem here. They missed values like humanity, kindness, love to all, equality, etc.
