(805+y)/23+1 = 35 + 1/3

(805 + y)/24 = 105+1/3

(805 + y ) /24 = 106/3

After cross multiplication we get ,

3(805 + y ) = 24*106

805+y = 2544/3

805 + y = 848

y = 848 - 805

y = 43 years.

Therefore, the age of teacher is 43 years.
