Let the average age of each person be x years earlier
Total age of group = 5x yrs.
Sum of Ages of Two men who left the group= 75 yrs.

Av. Age of group when they left the group = (5x-75)/5 yrs.

Let sum of ages of two new women be y years.

Total increase in age of group = 5×5 = 25 yrs.

(5x-75+y)/5 = x+5
5x-75+y=5x+25
y=100

Av. ages of two women = y/2
100/2= 50 yrs.
